With the month of September being at its end (and my template for reporting structure being more or less up and running):
I can finally make up last month’s subtotals!
Dividend payout date
Stocks in Dividend Tree portfolio
Subtotal dividends after tax
Five Oaks Investment Corp.
Dreyfus High Yield Strategies Fund
Prospect Capital Corp
ETRACS Monthly Pay 2x Lev Mortg REIT ETN
Where this might not seem too impressive, when compared to yearly performance of my DT Portfolio performance. The average of dividend payments is well above 100USD per month. It might be an interesting challenge to raise the minimum to the 100USD bound.
In a full 2016 chart (showing both USD and EUR) my portfolio has been paying out dividends as below:
From this overview it may be clear that the dividend investments for EURO stocks have not really been kept up to date. This is the next part in keeping a closer eye on what actually happens with my investments. To give some further details of my portfolio, I will also give details of the past months in 2016. Doing so will be the backbone of my year’s end in January.
In the meantime I have been looking at fellow bloggers and twitter accounts allowing insight in their strategies / wins and losses. This has helped me a great lot in making decisions on how to keep track of this great hobby I like to call dividend hunt.
Thanks for reading and hopefully see you next time!
Kind regards and have an awesome day.
